CloudIx Atom and other products are offered under license. Misuse, reverse engineering, or unauthorized resale is prohibited.

Licenses

Licenses are activated manually by our team. Current rates are published on the platform in the local currency corresponding to the customer's region and may change with prior notice.

Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation except as established in specific service level agreements (SLAs).

Liability

CloudIx SAS will not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where CloudIx SAS provides its services. For users in other countries, applicable local legal provisions also apply as relevant.
